Grand Prairie Fire Station and Lakes/Parks Rescue Facilities

Campos was retained to perform commissioning services associated with LEED commissioning of the mechanical and electrical systems at the Grand Prairie Fire Station in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Campos verified the building’s energy related systems were installed, calibrated and performing according to the owner’s project requirements, basis of design, and construction documents. The commissioning process included reviewing the project specifications and manufacturer’s submittals to develop a commissioning plan with project specific System Readiness Checklists (SRC’s) and Functional Performance Tests (FPT’s).

Campos verified that the Basis of Design (BOD) documentation met or exceeded the requirements of the Owner Project Requirements (OPR).
