The CEI Design Division offers a full range of services in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, and Fire Protection Design. The CEI Indoor Environment Division offers NEBB Certified HVAC Testing and Balancing services.

Point

HVAC Test and Balance Engineer/HVAC System Commissioner:

 

Duties included implementing Building System Commissioning or HVAC Testing, adjusting and balancing procedures on major construction projects as well as generating engineering solutions to meet the demands of today’s indoor environmental systems. Good verbal and written communication skills are required for providing service to clients, owner reps and consulting engineers.

Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer (PE) and Project Manager:

 

Capitalize on and fully utilize your technical and leadership skills.  Our continued success has created a position for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer with excellent communication, people and client skills.  You should have proven leadership abilities with the motivation to become the Mechanical Department Leader over the next two years.  This position requires a minimum of 12 years of proven progressive experience in project and client management and the design of HVAC and Plumbing systems for buildings.  Experience should include load estimating, construction cost estimating, development of specifications, and QA/QC of production drawings.  U. S. citizenship is also required.

 

Design experience should include a wide variety of facility types.  A  B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Engineers License (by exam) with the ability for reciprocal registration in Texas is required.  The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 depending upon qualifications.  A 3-month, 6-month and 12-month formal performance and salary review will be scheduled during the first year of employment.  This position offers active participation in company annual business planning, performance bonuses, and the potential for company ownership.
