JOE D. CAMPOS
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Joe D. Campos is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Campos Engineering.
As CEO, Chairman of the Board and Principal, Joe is focused on the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic objectives. He works with the Board, shareholders and the President to identify and achieve corporate goals and also provides technical and leadership coaching. This includes transition of the firm’s ownership to the new generation of owners while assuring that the firm’s culture remains centered on the Mission Statement core principles.
Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a registered Professional Engineer. He was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to the Texas Industrialized Housing Building Code Council where he served for 10 years until 2014. Joe is also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and served as President of the North Texas chapter. He also served two terms as a member of the ACEC State of Texas Board of Directors. Joe currently represents ACEC on the Dallas ISD Industry Task Force and serves as a member of the Saint Monica Catholic Church Finance Board.

Tony is President of Campos Engineering and leads the firm's innovation and client care practices.
His career started in 1997 as a field technician and rapidly evolved into project and division management roles. Tony developed the firm’s technical process for commissioning and testing, adjusting and balancing services. He also instilled the firm’s mission of seeking first to understand into client communication. Campos’ staff listen first and then develop tailored engineering solutions to meet project goals. As President and Principal, Tony is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's corporate strategic plan with a focus on using innovation and new technologies to provide enhanced client service and value.
Tony received a Bachelors Degree from Southern Methodist University and is a registered Professional Engineer. He gives back to his alma mater by teaching the fundamentals of engineering to SMU undergraduate students. Tony is an active member and former President of NEBB’s Texas Region chapter. He also is a member of the AIA Dallas Chapter, ACEC Texas Chapter and the CEO Institute, a North Texas organization of Christian business leaders.

As Chief Operating Officer, Wesley ensures quality in Campos Engineering’s operations.
He has been focused on the end users’ positive experience since joining Campos in 2002. Wesley started as a Team Leader, progressed to Project Manager and then moved into the role of Operations Manager for Campos’ commissioning and testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) services. He has provided leadership, mentorship, quality assurance and technical expertise on more than 10 million square feet worth of commissioning and TAB projects for Campos. Wesley's current responsibilities as COO and Principal include financial, accounting, banking and corporate support operations. Additionally, he spearheads events that complement the firm’s employee-centered culture.
Wesley received a Bachelors Degree from Southern Methodist University and is a registered Professional Engineer. He is a member of NEBB’s Texas Region chapter and also ASHRAE. Additionally, Wesley is certified by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), and he is a licensed private pilot.
J. MICHAEL MCKEE

Mike oversees all aspects of Campos Engineering’s design services.
He is involved in each of the firm’s design projects to ensure clients’ expectations are met. He focuses on the technical advancement of the department’s Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training and designers. He performs quality reviews of design submittals and puts forth the extra effort to make sure things are done correctly. Mike has developed an impressive portfolio over his 20+ years in this industry including the design of a new campus to serve as the headquarters for a national financial investment firm, design of a new high rise patient tower in the middle of a fully functional teaching hospital and winning both a national and local chapter award from ASHRAE for the design of a higher education campus’ chilled water production and distribution system.
Mike received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and also earned a Physics degree from Millikin University. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) . Prior to moving to Texas, Mike was also an active volunteer with the Engineer in the Classroom program, which is a statewide initiative in Illinois to sponsor Rube Goldberg competitions among grade-level students.
